Summer 2020 News:

Mrs. Parsons is so PROUD of her class!  They continued working hard from home to stay engaged in learning and practice their skills until the very last day of school!  It's very important for third graders to keep practicing their skills this summer!  Please encourage your child to read daily-digital books/stories are available online using Raz Kids, Read Works, IXL Language Arts, etc.  If your child has difficulty using any of these resources from home, please email Mrs. Parsons!  Also, please encourage third graders to use their summer practice workbooks (Math, Science, and Cursive) and read the Scholastic News magazines that were sent home in their supply bags.  Summer is a great time to write in a journal to record summer memories and special events or write creative stories!  Summer is also a great time to play math games (see Virtual Learning Plans, Weeks 1-9 for math games that can be printed and played at home to practice third grade skills).
There are many more summer resources and activities in the Files and Documents tab on this page.  Have a wonderful, safe summer!
